遗传性球形红细胞增多症家系外周血红细胞形态扫描电镜观察

The Application of Scanning Electron Microscopy on Study of Hereditary Spherocytosis family

目的探讨遗传性球形红细胞增多症异形红细胞的形态变化。方法5例临床表现轻重不同的同一家系遗传性球形红细胞增多症患者及1例正常对照的静脉血置于扫描电镜下观察。结果5例患者外周血红细胞在扫描电镜下均有不同程度的形态学变化。结论扫描电镜下形态学的变化对于判断异形红细胞类型和诊断本病很有帮助。

Objective： In order to study the erythroeyte morphorlogical evolution of hereditary spherocytosis （HS）. Methods ： The blood samples of 5 cases of HS and 1 cases of control was observed under scanning electron microscope. Results ： The RBCs morphological change of Hereditary spherocytosis under scanning electron microscope have been to observe. Conclusion： The erythrocytes change of HS was very useful to diagnose HS. The disease which needs to be differentiated is hereditary stomatocytosis.
