矽肺纤维化差异表达基因整合研究

摘要 矽肺是由于长期吸入大量游离二氧化硅粉尘所引起,以肺部广泛的结节性纤维化为主的疾病,是尘肺中最常见、进展最快、危害最严重的一种类型,在我国属于法定职业病。本文综述了近年来国内外对矽肺发病机制的基因水平的研究,并结合相关生物活性介质探讨矽肺纤维化关键的差异表达基因。
