葡萄糖酸锌喷鼻剂预防急性上呼吸道感染

摘要 目的评价葡萄糖酸锌喷鼻剂预防急性上呼吸道感染的效果。方法使用随机双盲安慰剂对照方法,选择河北省廊坊市卫生学校学生,随机分成药物组和安慰剂组,观察2个月,使用卡方检验比较急性上呼吸道感染和流感样病例的人时发病率。结果共有1945名学生合格完成调查表格,用药组978人,安慰剂组967人。急性上呼吸道感染发病率用药组为14人/100人月,安慰剂组为20人/100人月,差别有统计学意义(χ2=12,P<0.01)。流感样病例发病率用药组为0.2人/100人月,安慰剂组为1.8人/100人月,差别有统计学意义(χ2=12,P<0.01)。结论葡萄糖酸锌喷鼻剂对上呼吸道感染具有一定程度的预防效果。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Zinc gluconate nasal spray to prevent acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods A randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled study was designed. The students in Langfang health school were randomly divided two groups, Zinc Gluconate Nasal Spray was used in one group, placebo was used in another group. The survey period was two months. The incidences of acute upper respiratory tract infection and influenza-like illness in two groups were compared by chi square testing. Results A total of 1945 students completed questionnaires (978 students in zinc gluconate group and 967 students in placebo group). The incidence of acute upper respiratory tract infection in zinc gluconate group was lower than that in placebo group ( 14/100 person month : 20/100 person month, χ^2 = 12, P 〈 0. 01 ). The incidence of influenza-like illness in zinc gluconate group was lower than that in placebo group (0. 2/100 person month : 1.8/100 person month, χ^2 = 12, P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion Zinc gluconate nasal spray could be used to prevent acute upper respiratory tract infection.
