目前在高等医学院校实施规范化试卷及试题库的建立与应用，对于科学评价医学院生的知识和能力，从而提高教学质量，有着重要意义。

At present the setup and application of standardized test papers and test banks atmedical universities and colleges are of great significance to the scientific evaluation of medical students'mowledge and abilities so as to improve teaching quality. This paper discusses the design ofstandardized test papers and principles of test assignment on the basis of our teaching practice and puts forward the conditjons of setting up the banks. We also suggest the coestablishtnent of quality test banksthroughout the country.
