18^F-氟脱氧葡萄糖PET/CT在肺癌三维适形放疗靶区勾画中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET/CT为三维适形放疗的靶区勾画提供了代谢信息,但在其图像上勾画肿瘤边界受很多因素的影响。本文就近年来关于18F-FDGPET/CT图像上肿瘤边界的阈值的确定、如何改善呼吸运动所致的PET与CT图像融合不佳等方面的研究进行综述。 18^F-fluorodeoxyglucos (18^F-FDG) PET/CT can provide metabolic information for three dimensional conformal radiation therapy planning. The biological target volume may be influenced by many factors. Studies of target delineation using 18^F-FDG PET/CT and methods to improve the misalignment of PET and CT images due to breathing were reviewed in this article.
