On the one hand the drama Romeo and Juliet has the same basic subject with drama Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai, on the other hand, there existed clear differences in personal character, tragedy spirit and drama end, which connects with their cultural background closely. The article analyzed the differences and their reasons from cultural aspects.
