摘要
营养和运动是影响机体适应与恢复以及预防慢性病的主要因素。营养素的缺乏或过量都会影响人体健康,诱发机体慢性病,从而导致运动能力下降。运动与合理膳食相结合,可以增进人体健康,预防慢性病,还可提高机体的运动水平。
Nutrition and exercise are the impact of the body to adapt to and recovery, as well as a major factor in the prevention of chronic diseases. Lack of or excessive nutrients will affect human health, the body-induced chronic diseases, resulting in a reduced ability to exercise. Sports with a reasonable diet combined can improve human health, the prevention of chronic diseases, exercise can also improve the level of the body.
