某车辆厂喷漆作业的劳动卫生学调查

The Occupational Health Survey on the Spray - paint Operation of a Certain Vehicle Plant

1994年我们对某车辆厂99名喷漆作业工人进行了调查,并利用1991年职业病体检资料进行分析,同时对车间空气中苯系物浓度进行定点定时采样,共采集47份样品,浓度范围为未检出——2611.9mg/m^3,苯超标达2～3倍,二甲苯超标达26倍之多。该厂喷漆作业环境中苯系物浓度严重超标,对工人健康已造成一定程度的损害。应及时采取有效措施,以预防职业中毒。

99 workers of a certain vehicle plant were investigated in 1994- We analyzed the data on occupational disease health checkup of 1991 and determined the concentration of benzene-in air of workshop by Gas Chromatography. 47 samples were collected. The range of concentration was from examination-2611. 9mg/m3. The concentration of benzene went beyond 2-3 times of the health standard. And more than 26 times of the standard of xylene were exceeded. The workers of this plant sprayed paint by manual operations,the workshop ventilated by natural way. The concentration of benzene went seriously beyond the standard and the health of workers was impaired. Therefore, the effective measures should he adopted in order to prevent the occupational poisoning.
