摘要
本文对四方区540名个体饮食从业人员的卫生知识水平与不同文化程度、从业年限、有无证经营及卫生状况的关系进行了调查。结果表明卫生知识水平总体偏低;文化程度高的明显高于文化程度低的;从业时间长的明显高于从业时间短的;有证经营业户明显高于无证业户。调查中还发现,从业者的卫生知识水平与卫生状况成正比关系,即卫生知识水平高的,其卫生状况好于卫生知识水平低的。表明要想改善个体饮食从业者的食品卫生状况,首先应提高从业者的卫生知识水平。
his article analyses the relationship between the hygienic knowledge level with educational level,length of service,licence and hygienic status in 540 staffs of private restaurant workers.The results showed that the total hygienic knowledge level is lower.The difference between the educational lever,length of service and hygienie licence were all significant.And the higher the hygienic knowledge level,the better the hygienic status.This shows that the focal point of improving the hygienic status should be to train new staffsand lower educational level staffs.
