南昌市饮食行业餐巾纸、一次性用筷卫生状况分析

AN ANALYSIS OF HEALTHY STATUS OF HANDKERCHIEFS AND CHOPSTICKS USED ONCE NANCHANG DIET TRADE.

对南昌市１００家饮食行业抽查１７３份餐巾纸和２００份一次性用筷。结果表明：餐巾纸细菌总数合格率为３１．２１％，大肠菌群检出率为２．３１％，一次性用筷大肠菌群检出率为２０％。

73 handkerchiefs and chopsticks used once were investigated form 100 diet trade in Nanchang.The results showed in handkerchiefs used once,the qualified rate of total number of germ was 3121%,the positive rate of coliforms group was 231.In chopsticks used once,the positive rate of coliforms group was 2000%.Why the qualified rate was lower were analysed.
