摘要
随着测量技术不断发展,在自动测试系统中为提高测试效率需要使用开关矩阵,借助开关矩阵的不同组态实现被测件与不同测量仪器的连接,充分利用仪器资源。简要介绍了开关矩阵的设计原则,提出微波开关矩阵设计需要注意的地方,并针对使用微波开关矩阵测量被测件S参数所存在的问题给出解决办法。使用此方法可以实现很高的测量精度,已经应用于工程实践中。
With the continuous development of the measuring technology, switch matrix is needed in the ATS(automatic test system)in order to improve the automatic testing efficiency. To make full use of instrument resource, the DUT can be connected to different instruments by using of the switch matrix according to the configurations. This paper briefly recommendes the design principles of switch matrix and showes the items to be complied to design microwave switch matrix, meanwhile,it also supplies a solution to the problems when high precision and was applied in practice. using it to measure s parameters of DUT.
