腹腔镜改良直肠前切除术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂 被引量：5

摘要 完全性直肠脱垂是一种严重影响患者生活质量的疾病，一般需手术治疗，其具体术式较多，各有利弊。如何进一步提高手术疗效、降低复发率、减少并发症，是目前关注的问题。我科对2004--2008年期间收治的7例成人完全性直肠脱垂患者采用腹腔镜下改良直肠前切除术进行治疗，取得满意效果，总结报告如下。
