中小学生卡介苗复种必要性的探讨

Evaluation of Efficacy of Bacille Calmette Guerin (BCG) Revaccination in Schoolchildren

我国每年要对小学一年级学生和初中一年级学生进行卡介苗复种，为探讨卡介苗复种的必要性，我们观察了这两个复种年龄组的结核菌素试验阳性率和接种卡介苗后的早发反应。结果表明有85．98％的小学一年级学生和96．62％的初中一年级学生体内仍存在有一定的免疫力，因此在这两个年龄组进行长介苗复种没有足够的科学依据。

To explore the efficacy of BCG revaccination in schoolchildren, we observed the conversion of tuberculin test and the Koch's phenomeron of BCG revaccinated with negative tuberculin.The results suggest that immunity still existed to a certain degree in 85.98% of the primary school pupils and 96.62% of the middle school students and that BCG revaccination is sthort of the enough scientitic evidence.
