湖北省长阳土家族自治县于1992年颁布了《长阳土家族自治县农村合作医疗条例》,将农村合作医疗事业纳入法制化轨道。条例的实施使长阳农村合作医疗工作有章可循、有法可依,按法制化、规范化、制度化轨道运行。本文试从条例制定的背景、实施效果出发,对农村合作医疗保健制度的法律保障进行初步探讨。

It was in 1992 that ( regulations of rural cooperative medical service in Chang Yang autonomous county of Tu jia nationality) was promulgated, which brought the rural cooperative medical services into Legislation. The enforcement of this regulation can guide the rural cooperative service practice and lead it to legalization, regularization and systematization, starting from the background of regulation stipulation and the effects of such implementation, the author conducts a initial exploration on the legal guarantee of rural cooperative medical services system.
