贫困地区农民对合作医疗的意愿支付

Willingness-to-Pay of RCMS in Poor Rural China

贫困地区合作医疗筹资标准的可行性一方面受到农民的客观支付能力(ATP)的影响,同时还受到农民对合作医疗的认识和意愿支付水平的影响。本文通过对贫困地区农村居民对合作医疗认识和意愿支付水平及其影响因素的研究,为贫困地区制订合作医疗实施方案、提高合作医疗管理水平提供科学的依据。

The feasibility of RCMS financing in poor rural China is affected not only by the ability - to -pay (ATP), but also by the willingness -to -pay (WTP) and acknowledge of RCMS. The average cost of WTP is 14- 3 yuan, about 1. 56% of the net income per capita. People who are Party members and league members tend to pay more than those who are not Party members or League members. A village or township cadre tends to pay more than one who was not used to be a cadre. The households income and the consciousness of insurance also influence the WTP. The aim of this study is to provide policy advice of designing the RCMS options.
