摘要 菲亚特又一次开始了它在中国的冒险之旅。7月6日晚,菲亚特集团CEO马尔乔内与广汽集团董事长张房有在意大利罗马签署成立50:50合资企业的基础协议,项目的总投资将会超过4亿欧元,计划2011年投产。 Fiat has once again embarks on its adventure in China. Monday evening,July 6,in Rome,Italy,Fiat Group CEO Sergio Marchionne made a primary agreement with Zhang fangyou,Chairman of Canton Steam Group to set up a 50/50 joint venture,about to start production in 2011,with an investment totalling more than 400 million Euros. Obviously,Fiat is much concerned about this opportunity.'It will help Fiat realize the localization easily in Chinese market.From this perspective.Fiat now returns to China',Paolo Arpellino,chief representative of Fiat China said when interviewed by China Entrepreneur. Fiat's former two trips to China were not smooth.The once joint venture Nanjing Fiat has broken;Fiat signed up the Memorandum of Understanding with Chery,but the cooperation has not yet put into practice. How should Fiat avoid a third time fruitless visit to China? How to polish its brand? Has Fiat known China quite well? The key to these questions lies in the company's performance in the market.
