摘要
通过田间小区试验,研究不同植物生长调节剂对马铃薯块茎品质的影响,并对结果进行了统计分析。结果表明,各处理都显著的降低了马铃薯块茎中淀粉和还原糖的含量,对块茎中可溶性蛋白质含量没有显著的影响,对块茎中酚类物质和维生素C含量的高低有不同的显著影响。
The effect of different plant growth regulators（PGRS）on the quality of potato tubers were studied from a field experiment , and the results were analyzed. It showed that every treatments were significantly reduced starch and reducing sugar content of potato tubers, the soluble protein content of potato tubers had no significant effect, and it had different levels significant effects on phenols and vitamin C content of potato tubers.
