无粘结预应力混凝土组合梁预应力筋张拉及计算

A sample for Calculation of Prestress Lose and Tension Method of Prestress tendon for a Composite Beam

针对设计完成的两跨预应力内置钢箱-混凝土连续组合梁试验,结合试验梁特点,对预应力筋的各项预应力损失值进行了计算。采用了分段张拉预应力筋的的方法对试验梁施加了预应力,通过试验实测值对预应力损失计算方法进行了检验。试验结果表明:对预应力内置钢箱-混凝土连续组合梁采用的预应力筋张拉方法是可行的,预应力损失计算是合理的。

For tested a two-span prestressed encased steel box concrete beam, combined with the characteristics of the beam, the prestsress lose was calculated, and the appropriate method is used to tension the beam. The calculation of prestress lose was verified by the test. Test results show that the calculation method for prestress lose is reasonable, and that also indicate the tension method for prestress tendon is feasible.
