全国医院分级管理和医院评审优秀论文交流表彰大会论文综述

Hospital Stratified Management and Hospital Accreditation. Review Article

依据1998年2月26日～28日在海口市召开的全国医院分级管理和医院评审优秀论文交流表彰大会所收到的301篇论文进行综合评价,认为论文题材广泛,内容丰富,论文可分为6类:①医院分级管理和医院评审与区域工生规划的关系;②对医院全面发展、总体成效的作用;③对目标管理的影响;④医德医风建设;⑤对医疗工作的影响;⑥其它。综合会议论文的观点,笔者认为,要促进第二评审周期医疗机构评审工作的健康发展,应把握正确的政策导向,加强评审队伍的专业化建设,依法建立与完善具有中国特色的医疗机构评审制度。

Over 300 articles published at the National Symposium on the Work of Hospital Stratified Management and Hospital Accreditation, held Feb. 26-28, 1998 in Haikou city, were reviewed, classified, and considered to have expounded this work's favourable effects on:rational working out of regional and local health services programmes so as to ensure sustained, stable and coordinated development of multi-layered and all-directional medical network; optimized development and benefits of hospital services on the principle of adaptation to concrete conditions; targets management in a guided and standardized way; construction of medical ethics and work-style; quality assurance, cost-effectiveness, universality, accessibility, and comprehensiveness of health services reliant on well-organized managerial work as well as on scientific and technological progresses.
