通过对无锡市社会办医现状的分析,提出了加强社会办医管理的思考和对策。指出必须深入学习《医疗机构管理条例》及其《实施细则》,提高认识;合理规划,严格按照区域卫生规划设点布局,规范行医;加强监督,强化管理;健全法规,依法行政,以病人为中心,为社会提供良好的医疗服务。

An investigation suggests that medical services of different types operated by different sectors of society should also be administered in accordance with the Detailed Rules and Regulations for Administration of Medical Institutions' so that their managerial and professional personnel conform to required technical procedures and specifications and ethical standards in their work; and that diversification of medical markets, with service quality as a top concern and priority, may facilitate flexibility, accessibility, portability, a shift from provider - or facility - centeredness to client - centeredness.
