介绍了医院自1987年上半年开始酝酿、年底出台的下岗制度及配套措施,1988年开始试行。改革的内容包括实行内部合同制,建立内部劳务市场“人员交流中心”机构,保障工人的合法权益;出台了干部下岗的实施细则,直至1997年2月正式制定了《华西医科大学附属第一医院职工下岗制度的实施细则》
For keeping abreast of hospital reforms, technological improvement and managerial structural readjustment, the First Affiliated Hospital of Huaxi Medical University began to explore since 1998 and gradually put into practice a layoff system and a supplementary coordinative se tof measures, including internal contract system, internal labour market and personnel exchange center, which provide professional retraining and guidance, direct and help laid - off workers and cadres find new jobs
