摘要
目的观察20%甘露醇在消除颌面部创伤性肿胀中的作用。方法将颌面部外伤患者20例随机分成两组,观察组静脉滴注20%甘露醇,对照组不用任何脱水剂和激素类药物。分别于第1、3、5、7天测量面部水肿情况。结果静脉滴注甘露醇组消除颌面部创伤性肿胀的作用优于对照组。结论静脉滴注甘露醇有利于消除颌面部创伤性肿胀。
Objective The effect of 20% mannitolum on reducing traumatic swelling in maxillofacial region was studied. Methods 20 Cases of maxillofacial trauma were randomly divided into experiment group （ n = 20） ; 20% mannitolum was taken with intravenous drip in experiment group. The maxillofacial data of 20 cases was measured inl ,3,5 and 7 days respectively . Results The effect of experiment group on reducing traumatic swelling in maxillofacial region was better than that of contrast group. Conclusion Intravenous drip mannitolum was beneficial to reduce traumatic Swelling in maxillofacial region.
