宋朝名相韩琦历北宋仁宗、英宗、神宗三朝,其同僚之多,关系之复杂是可想而知的,其同僚可分成三大集团,即吕夷简集团、范仲淹集团和王安石集团。韩琦与这三大同僚集团的复杂关系对维系其仕途起了重要作用,也对当时的朝政起了重要影响。

The famous Prime Minister of the Northern Song Dynasty, Han Qi , went through Ren Zong. Ying Zong and Shen Zong in his vocation. He had many colleague cliques and they had complex relations. His colleague cliques were divided into Lu Yi jian Clique. Fan Zhong yan Clique and Wang An shi Clique. The relations of Han Qi and his cliques had important influence on his officialdom and the government of the Northern Song Dynasty.
