高职机电专业“订单式”人才培养模式探索

Exploration on "Order-style" Talents' Training Mode of Mechanical and Electrical Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职机电专业"订单式"人才培养模式是从学生就业和企业需求两方面着手,实现校企合作办学,是职业教育发展的必由之路。根据"订单式"培养的经验,总结了"订单式"人才培养的组织与实施方案。这种模式具有人才培养的针对性和实用性等特点和优势,是保证人才培养适销对路的有效措施。

＂Order-style＂ talents＇ training mode of mechanical and electrical major in higher vocational colleges is starting from two aspects,which are students＇ employment and enterprises＇ needs.The realization of cooperation between colleges and enterprises is necessary to develop vocational education.According to the experience of ＂order-style＂ training,this paper summarizes the organization and implementation proposal of ＂order-style＂ talents＇ training.This mode has features and advantages for training talents＇ relevance and practicality.It is an effective measure of ensuring high quality and efficiency of talents＇ training.
