The Application of TBLT to English Reading Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

任务型教学模式能够把学生综合语言运用能力的培养落实在教学过程中。强调学生能用英语做事情,就要求教师在课堂教学中避免单纯传授语言知识的教学方式,要尽量采用"任务型"的教学方法,使学生在完成任务的过程中产生语言的习得,并达到使用语言进行交际的目的。

The mode of Task-based Language Teaching means fulfilling the cultivation of the ability to apply languages comprehensively in the course of teaching.Besides,it puts a lot of emphasis on students＇ ability to make use of English to do something and demand teachers＇ to adopt the Task-based Language Teaching as far as possible instead of the teaching form that is teaching language knowledge alone so that students are not only able to acquire the language but also communicate by means of languages while completing tasks.
