高职院校课程设置及教学体系改革的思考——以秘书学科实践教学为例

Thinking on the Reform of Curriculum Setting and Teaching System in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教育与高等教育有着不同之处,高职教育主要实现目标是以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,培养高素质的"实用型"技能人才。通过以秘书学科教学为例,阐述、分析了思想教育、课程设置、教学、评价体系等,从而提出了高职院校课程设置及教学体系改革的措施。

There are some differences between higher vocational education and higher education.The main realization goal of higher vocational education is service-purposed and employment-oriented to train high quality practical skills＇ talents.Taking secretary discipline teaching as an example,this paper analyzes ideological education,curriculum setting,teaching and evaluation system,then it puts forward the measures on the reform of curriculum setting and teaching system in higher vocational colleges.
