摘要
为了探讨乡镇卫生院实施股份合作制的可行性及其对卫生服务社会效益的影响,探讨股份合制卫生院的出现对农村卫生服务供给体系的影响,卫生部卫生经济研究所于1997年11～12月对温州市部分乡镇卫生院的股份合作制进行了案例调研。现就有关问题进行初步探讨。
A study group that comprised of experts and scholars was organized by Institute of Health Economics of Health Ministry. It has scientifically, systematically, theoretically and practically conducted survey on the feasibility of share——holding system in parts of town and village hospitals in Wen Zhou City, its effect on the social benefit of health services, impact on the providing system of health services in rural areas after reforming, and the good development of share——holding system, there are successful experience and lessons of failure for reference.
