通过对高校教师要确立"传递者"意识、培养科学文化素质、加强个性特色培养、树立入世精神等四个方面的阐述,解析了修德对育人的重要性与必要性,并强调了"为师者,应知任重道远,须重师德修养"的教育思想,从而提出了高校教师应该努力提高自身综合素质的建议。

This paper discusses four aspects for college teachers,establishing the awareness of ＂transmitter＂,training scientific culture quality,strengthening individual feature training,and building up the spirit of joining WTO.It analyzes the importance and necessity of training morals for educating people,and emphasizes the educational thought that teachers should know their responsibility and train morals culture.It puts forward the suggestion that college teachers should endeavor to improve their comprehensive quality
