摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+乙腈+水为流动相,C18柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定复配农药中福美双与甲基硫菌灵的含量。结果表明,该法的福美双和甲基硫菌灵标准偏差分别为0.073、0.095;变异系数分别为0.357%、0.444%;线性相关系数分别为0.99979、0.99966。
The content analysis of thiram and thiophanate-methyl by reverse phase HPLC was introduced applied methanol, acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, C18 column and ultraviolet detector. The results showed that the standard deviation for thiram and thiophanate-methyl was 0.073 and 0.095 respectively, the variation coef- ficient was 0.357% and 0.444 % respectively, liner correlation was 0.99979 and 0.99966 respectively.
