摘要
目的：观察通脉散３号对实验鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：采用激素致血瘀及高瘀加造栓模型，进行嗜中性白细胞吞噬功能、Ｔ细胞百分率及巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定。结果：通脉散３号用药后吞噬率４３．６２％，吞噬指数１．２８，接近正常组（Ｐ＞０．０５）且明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Ｔ细胞百分率６２％，与正常组无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）且明显高于盐水组。巨噬细胞吞噬率６１．４５％，吞噬指数０．８０，且明显高于盐水组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。虽然在Ｔ细胞百分率与巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定中与同类药的比较没有显著差异，但仍可看出其优于各实验对照组的趋势。结论：通脉散３号能够增强机体的细胞免疫功能，促进局部损伤组织的修复，达到机体康复的目的。
bjective:To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Tongmai San Ⅲ,a decoction with effects of removing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and clearing away heat and toxic meterial in treating thrombophlebitis.Methods:An animal model was made by injection DXM intramuscularly and burning local vein with electrocautery. The phagocytic function of neutrophils,T cell count and macrophage function were studied.Results:Tongmai San Ⅲ improve the phagocytic function of neutrophils almost close to normal group. The effect was more effective than the control(P<0.05).Conclusion:With respect to T cell count and macrophage phagocytic function although its effect were not significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),its adventages in effectiveness were still shown.
