摘要
低氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia—inducible factor-1,HIF-1)是缺氧条件下广泛存在于哺乳动物和人体细胞内的一种转录因子,能激活许多缺氧反应性基因表达,是哺乳动物和人在缺氧条件下维持氧稳态的关键性因子。HIF-1与基质金属蛋白酶类、基质细胞衍生因子-1、特异性趋化因子受体CX—CR以及血管生成相关因子的关系是目前肿瘤发生发展研究的热点。
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 is the critical factor existed in mammal and human ceils which plays an important role in maintaining the oxygen balance. Many hypoxia-responding genes can be activated by HIF-1. So, the relationship between HIF-1and matrix matalloproteinases/stromal-derived factor-1/special CXC chemokin receptor/angiogenesis related factors is the hot spot in research of the tumor invasion and metastasis.
