痛风宁口服液治疗急性痛风性关节炎实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON TONGFENGNING ORAL LIQUID IN TREATMENT OF ACUTE GOUTY ARTHRITIS

痛风宁口服液能抑制尿酸钠结晶（MSU）引起的大鼠足跖肿胀;对MSU诱导家兔急性痛风性关节炎，能显著降低其关节液中的白细胞数;能显著抑制角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足肿胀与二甲苯致小鼠肿胀;能明显抑制大鼠肉芽肿的形成;对小鼠因化学刺激与热刺激所引起的痛反应有抑制作用。

Tongfengning oral liquid can inhibit edema in paw of rat induced by microcrystalling sodium arate (MSU) and edema in paw of rat induced by carrageehan and edema on ear of mouse. It can also reduce remarkably white blood cell in arthral secetion acute gouty arthritis of rabbit by MSU and inhibit the pain reaction of mouse caused by chemical and hot stimulation.
