Pharmacological Research Advance of Icariin

淫羊藿苷(Ica)为药用植物淫羊藿的主要有效成分。Ica具有滋阴补阳、保护心血管系统、调节免疫、抗肿瘤和促进造骨细胞的增殖和发育等多种重要的药理作用,是一类很有应用前景的中药单体,本文对Ica药理作用研究概况作一综述。

Icariin（Ica） isolated from Herha epimedii of Chinese medicine plant,is a main active ingredient. Ica has many pharmacological effects,such as nourishing Yin and strengthening Yang,proteeting the cardiovascular system,regulating immunity,anti-tumor and promoting proliferation and development of osteoblasts, and so on. It is a promising monomer of Chinese medicine. In the review we summarize Ica pharmacological research progress in recent years.
