切开复位内固定治疗三踝骨折的疗效分析

The Analysis of Opening Reduction and Internal Fixation of Three Ankle Fractures

目的探讨三踝骨折手术治疗的方法。方法采用切开复位钢板和空心螺纹钉内固定治疗37例三踝骨折患者,随访术后并发症、骨折愈合情况和踝关节功能。采用Baird-jackson评分标准评价结果。结果37例患者得到3～35个月随访,骨折均获得愈合,无切口感染、骨不连和内固定失败病例发生。根据Baird-jackson评分标准,优23例,良11例,可3例。结论采用切开复位内固定治疗三踝骨折可获得良好效果。

Objective To assess the effects of surgical treatment of tri-malleolar fractures. Methods Thirty-seven patients of tri-mallcolar fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation using plates and cannulated screws. The postoperative complications, mean bone healing time and the motion of affected ankles were recorded and evaluated according to criteria of baird-jackson. Results All the patients were followed up for a duration of 3 to 35 months. All the fractures were united. There was no wound infections,non-unions and failures of hardwares. According to Baird-jackson criteria 23 patients had excellent results, 11 had good and 3 had fair results. Conclusion Good clinical outcomes could be obtained when tri-malleolar fractures were surgically treated with open reduction and internal fixation using a plate and cannulated screws.
