摘要
目的对出院带药的处方进行现状分析,规范医生处方行为,提高合理用药水平。方法抽取我院2007年11月～2008年11月全部出院带药处方22 487张,对不合理处方进行统计分析。结果不合理处方366张,占总处方的1.63%,主要反映在处方前记、选择药物、重复用药、用法用量、药物联用及电脑输入等方面。结论应积极开展药学服务,指导合理用药,保障用药安全。
Objective To investigate the current problems of discharge prescriptions in our hospital. Methods We evaluated 22487 discharge prescriptions during 2007 -2008 were included,and the problems present in the prescriptions. Results Three hundrd and sixty-six （1.63%）prescriptions were unreasonable. The main problems in those were related to prescription prolegomena, drug application, repeated drug use,usage and dosage,drug combination,computer input,et al. Conclusion The pharmacy should provide effective care to clinic departments, instruct reasonable drug application, and ensure the safety of drug use.
