铸造支架式弹性义齿的临床应用

Clinical Application of Casting Frame Flexible Denture

目的通过铸造支架式弹性义齿的临床应用兼顾患者的美观和功能要求。方法对120例牙列缺损患者,制作前牙及前磨牙为弹性树脂材料卡环的铸造支架式弹性义齿。结果患者对义齿的美观与功能效果均表示满意。结论前牙无金属卡环显露的铸造支架式弹性义齿具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of casting frame flexible denture for the dream of good apparence and well clinical function. Methods One hundred twenty patients with distal extension dentition defect were selected, two kinds of teeth including in- frontal teeth and premoler were designed as casting frame flexible denture for each person. Results All patients are satisfactied with both apparence and clinical function. Conclusion It is a worth practical clinical design for the removable partial dentures combined with casting frame and flexible denture material which has no visible metal clasp.
