牵引并草乌离子导入治疗颈椎病疗效观察

Traction and Aconitum iontophoresis combining treatment for cervical spondylopathy

目的：观察牵引并草乌导入综合治疗颈椎病的治疗效果，探讨颈椎病的较佳疗法。方法：采用颈椎牵引和草乌酊剂直流电阳极导入综合疗法，对１００例颈椎病患者进行治疗观察，并以单纯牵引及单纯草乌离子导入治疗各１００例作对照，治疗结束时评定疗效，统计数据经Ｒｉｄｉｔ分析法处理。结果：综合治疗组治愈显效率、总有效率分别为８６％及１００％，单纯牵引组为６４％及９７％，单纯草乌离子导入组为７０％及９８％，综合治疗组疗效明显优于两对照组（χ２＝１４．９２６，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：牵引并草乌离子导入法治疗颈椎病能显著提高治疗效果，具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective: To observe the effect of traction combined with Aconitum iontophoresis on cervical spondylopathy and to determine a better therapy for this disease. Methods: 300 cases with cervical spondylopathy were studied in this paper:100 cases as treatment group were treated with the traction and Aconitum iontophoresis combining treatment; 100 cases were only managed by traction;another 100 cases were cured with Aconitum iontophoresis alone. The latter two groups were as control group. Then,the effect was compared among them. The data were analysed by Ridit method. Results: The excellent effect and total effective rate of combining treatment group was 86% and 100% respectively,the traction group alone was 64% and 97%,the Aconitum iontophoresis group was 70% and 98%.Obviously,the effect of combining treatment was superior to the other two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: It is indicated that the traction and Aconitum iontophoresis combining treatment can increase the effect and is an optimal therapy for cervical spondylopathy also.
