论体制外评价教师行为的误区及其原因

摘要 分析了体制外评价教师行为的种种误区,认为对教师职业道德认知泛化、将教师职业的"教育性"与教师本人的"人性"分离、对教师权利与义务理解失衡是体制外评价教师行为误区产生的主要原因,指出体制外对教师行为的评价应该遵循三个客观原则:范围原则,人性原则,检讨原则。 Several misunderstandings of evaluating teacher behaviors outside the system are analyzed. It is put forward that the main causes of misunderstandings are: general cognitions of professional ethics of teachers; separating “educational”of teaching occupation and “human nature” of teachers themselves and the imbalance understanding of teachers' rights and obligations. It is pointed out that evaluating teacher behaviors outside the system should follow three objective principles of scope, human nature and review.
