New Model of Quality Education Focusing on Stimulating Students’Selfexperience

从分析处于青春期的中学生心理状况入手,探索以激励学生自主体验为重点的德育创新,指出教师在教育中,要"藏颖其间,锋露言外",将理解和赏识放在心头,组织学生开展生动活泼、丰富多彩的实践活动,磨炼坚强的意志品质,以此培养阳光上进的中学生。

Starting with the the key point of stimulating analysis of psychological state of the adolescents, moral education innovation with students＇ self-experience is explored. It is pointed out that in the education, teachers should understand and appreciate the students and organize lively and colourful practice activities, form hard willing quality to cultivate active middle school students.
