摘要
根据文献检索和理论分析,通过半结构化访谈和开放式问卷,编制高校学生干部领导能力问卷,并对问卷进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,结果表明:高校学生干部领导能力包含信息处理能力、任务执行能力、合作能力、沟通协调能力4个维度,该问卷具有较好的信、效度,可以作为同类研究的测量工具。
As student managers, their leadership is necessary for their work. In this study, we used the methods of Semi-structured Interview, Open-ended Questionnaire, Exploratory Factor Analysis （EFA）, Confirmatory Factor Analysis （CFA） to explore the leadership structure of college student leaders. We found that： the structure of leadership of college student leaders includes four dimensions. Arranged in descending order of importance to the questionnaire are： 1） the ability of information processing; 2） the ability of task execution; 3） cooperative competence; 4） the ability of communication and organization. EFA and CFA also showed that the questionnaire had suitable reliability and high validity.
