中药穴位导入治疗周围性面神经炎临床观察

NUXVOMIC SEED EXTRACT POINTPERMEATION THERAPY FOR PERIPHERAL FACIAL NEURITIS

运用马钱子浸液穴位导入治疗周围性面神经炎１３０例，并与针刺治疗的１２２例进行对比观察。结果两组无论在第１个疗程后还是在第２个疗程后都具有相近的总有效率（Ｐ＞０．５），但导药组的痊愈率在第１个疗程后即达到７０％，针刺组仅３０％，Ｐ＜０．０５，表明前者获效较后者迅速，但增加治疗次数对疗效并无加强作用。

Nuxvomica seed extract pointpermeation therapy was used for 130 cases of peripheral facial neuritis,who was compared with another 122 cases receiving acupuncture.The results showed that the total effective rates were near in both the groups after either the first or the second course of treatment (P>0.05),but the cure rate reached 70% in pointpermeation group and only 30% in acupuncture group after the first course of treatment (P<0.05),indication that the effect was obtained more quickly in the former than in the latter.But increasing the number of the treatment did not have an enhancing action on the curative effect.
