摘要
利用Vrn—A1、Vrn—B1、Vrn—D1和Vrn—B34个春化基因,对105份山东省2006~2007年度待审定品种和32份审定品种进行分子标记检测,结果表明,供试材料在A1、B1和B3位点均检测为隐性基因;在D1位点,13份材料检测为显性基因,其余材料检测为隐性基因。4个基因的分布频率与当地小麦的春化习性和生育期特点相吻合,这也是生态环境适应和育种选择压力的综合结果。
A total of 105 wheat lines waiting for register from 2006 to 2007 and 32 registered cultivars from Shandong Province were characterized by molecular markers with the vernalization genes Vrn -A1, Vrn - B1,Vrn-D1 and Vrn-B3. The dominant Vrn -A1, Vrn -B1 and Vrn -B3 alleles were not found in all of the eultivars, while 13 cultivars carried dominant Vrn -D1 alleles and the other cultivars carried reeessiee alleles. The distribution of the 4 vernalization genes was accord with the wheat vernalization habits and characteristics of growth period in Shandong Province. It was the synthesis results of ecological adaptation and breeding pressure.
