普通玉米授高油玉米花粉后干物质积累及光合特性的变化 被引量:1

Changes of Dry Matter Accumulation and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Normal Corn after Pollinated by High-oil Corn

摘要 通过对普通玉米农大108(ND108)授以高油202(HOC202)、高油115(HOC115)、高油4515(HOC4515)单交种玉米花粉,以ND108自交作对照,研究了授高油玉米花粉后普通玉米产量及植株生理生化的变化。结果表明:授HOC202、HOC115花粉的ND108百粒重分别比对照高10.7%和3.4%,而授HOC4515花粉的百粒重比对照低1.3%。从授粉后30 d起,授HOC202、HOC115花粉的ND108单株干物重、单株籽粒产量明显大于对照。授HOC202、HOC115花粉的ND108叶绿素a、b总量在授粉后各个时期均大于对照,叶面积峰值出现的时间比对照早,后期叶面积下降缓慢,且授粉至成熟期单株叶面积持续期大于对照。 With the self-pollinated normal corn ND108 as the check, the yield and plant physiological and biochemical changes of ND108 after pollinated by three high - oil corn hybrids, HOC202, HOC115 and HOC4515, respectively were studied. The results showed that the 100 -kernel weight of ND108 pollinated with HOC202 and HOC115 were 10.7% and 3.4% higher than that of the check respectively, while that of NDI08 pollinated with HOC4515 was 1.3% lower. Compared with the check, the dry weight and grain yield per plant of ND108 pollinated with HOC202 and HOCll5 were obviously higher since the thirty day after pollination; the contents of chlorophyll a and b were always higher after pollination ; the peak of leaf area occurred earlier, and it decreased slowly in the late growth period, so the duration of leaf area from pollination to mature was longer.
