摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究不同浓度微生物液体肥料SP-100对油菜苗期生长和生理生化指标的影响。结果显示,油菜叶绿素含量、根系还原活力、硝酸还原酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性随SP-100稀释倍数的升高而降低,而根系生物量、植株总生物量、过氧化物酶活性、脯氨酸含量的最大值出现在500倍稀释液处理的油菜中,但与300倍稀释液处理组差异不显著。综合考虑,在实际生产中,以淋施500倍SP-100稀释液为佳。 With the pot experiment, the effects of SP - 100 with different concentrations on growth and some physiological and biochemical characteristics of rape seedlings were studied. The results indicated that the chlorophyll content, the root activity and the activities of SOD and NR decreased with the rise of dilution multiple. The rape added 500 times dilution of SP - 100 had the maximum root biomass, plant biomass, POD activity and proline content, which had no significant difference with the treatment of 300 times dilution. Comprehensive consideration, during the practical production, 500 times dilution of SP - 100 was the best.
