摘要
采用失效模式与后果分析和故障树分析相结合的方法对汽车线控制动(brake-by-wire,BBW)系统的可靠性进行了分析,提出了基于可靠性分析和容错技术相结合的系统冗余结构设计方法,并设计了BBW系统的双冗余结构。研究结果表明:该结构可满足系统可靠性要求。最后阐述了提高BBW系统可靠性的关键技术。
The reliability of brake-by-wire (BBW) system is analyzed by using the method combing failure modes & effects analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA). A design method for system redundant structure is proposed based on the combination of reliability analysis and fault tolerant technology, and a double redundant structure is designed for BBW system. The results of study show that the structure can meet the reliability requirements of system. Finally key technologies for enhancing system reliability are expounded.
