摘要
目的探讨CD147和MMP-9蛋白在乳腺癌及其周围正常组织中的表达及两者的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学法,检测50例乳腺癌及20例癌旁正常组织中CD147和MMP-9蛋白的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中CD147的阳性表达率为60%(30/50),MMP-9的阳性表达率为66%(33/50),显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);在乳腺癌组织中CD147、MMP-9蛋白表达之间存在显著正相关(γ=0.630,P<0.01)。CD147、MMP-9表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中存在CD147、MMP-9的高表达;CD147蛋白可通过诱导MMP-9蛋白的表达上调,促进乳腺癌侵袭、转移。
Objective To study the expression of CD147 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in invasive ductal carcinoma and normal tissues adjacent to tumor of breast and their relationship. Methods The expression of CD147 and MMP-9 in 50 breast carcinoma tissues and 20 normal tissues adjacent to breast carcinoma was examined by immunohistochemieal staining. Results The positive expression rates of CD147 and MMP-9 in breast carcinoma were 60% and 66% respectively, showing a significant difference between breast carcinoma and normal breast tissues adjacent to tumor ( P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of CD147 was positively correlated with expression of MMP-9 in breast carcinoma (γ = 0.630 ,P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of CD147 and MMP-9 was significantly correlated with lymphatic metastasis and TNM stage ( P 〈 0.05 ), but not significantly correlated with age and tumor size ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The overexpression of CD147 and MMP-9 is found in breast carcinoma. To induce CD147 overexpression may be one of pathways of MMP-9 that enhances invasion and contributes to the infiltration and metastasis in human breast carcinoma.
