三环唑75%可湿性粉剂含量测定的不确定度评定

Evaluation on Uncertainty of Determining 75% Tricyclazole WP Content

用气相色谱法测定三环唑含量,利用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)进行检测,通过对待测样品中色谱峰的保留时间定性,根据样品峰面积与标准比较,用外标法进行定性。测定样品中三环唑含量为75.45%,扩展不确定度为1.82%,75%三环唑可湿性粉剂中三环唑含量为(75.45±1.82)%。

Trieyclazole content was determined by the gas chromatography, using hydrogen flame detector （FID） for detection, using external standard qualitative method. The results show that determining content of tricyclazole is 75.45%, the expanded uncertainty is 1.82%, tricyclazole content in 75% wettable powder is（75.45 ± 1.82） %.
