科学发展观维度的农民生态消费模式建构

Constructing Farmers' Ecological Consuming Pattern in a Scientific Way

科学发展观要求实现消费模式的根本转变,建构科学的可持续发展的、人与自然和谐共生的、把人的全面发展当作终极目标的生态消费模式。生态消费是包含着理性消费、安全消费和健康消费的新型消费模式;我国农民是世界上最大的消费群体,建构农民生态消费模式,是落实科学发展观的重要方面;分析我国农民消费现状及其影响;指出以科学发展观为指导,建构当代农民的生态消费模式:包括培养农民的生态消费理念,促进其消费行为转变,提升其消费结构,持续增加农民收入,提高其生态消费能力,加强农村基础设施建设,奠定农民生态消费物质基础等内容。

The concept of scientific development calls for a complete change of consuming pattern. The ecological consuming pattern, which covers rational, safe and healthy consuming, is badly needed to enhance a scient/fic and sustainable development, to build up a harmonious society of man and nature, and to achieve an allround development of human beings. China has the largest rural consumer group, thus to build up a rural ecological consuming pattern is very important and practical. The thesis will analyze the rural consuming state and its impact, and propose a modem rural consuming pattern, which includes cultivating the idea of ecological consuming, making a change of consuming manner, promoting consuming structure, increasing farmers income, and enhancing the fundamental construction in rural areas.
