A Successful Experience of Taking Over Shenyang

沈阳是中国共产党在解放战争时期接收的第一座大城市,其开拓性地接管沈阳的成功经验,是在陈云同志直接领导下创造的。在接管沈阳的过程中,以陈云为主任的军事管制委员会解决了如何接收得迅速稳妥,接收后如何尽快恢复社会秩序等一系列问题,充分体现了高超的社会组织才干和管理城市的能力,为中共中央全面总结接管城市的经验,顺利实现工作重心的转移发挥了巨大的指导作用,在中国现代史上留下了闪光的一页。

Shenyang was the first big city that was taken over by the Communist Party of China during the Liberation War. The military administrative committee, with Chen Yun as the director, rapidly and successfully took over Shenyang and reeovered the public stability on time. Chen Yun＇s administrative work was a great contribution to the central government＇s taking over the big cities and played a very important role in the transfer of the party＇s work.
