Professor LIU Li-gang,male,of Han nationality,was born in Shenyang,Liaoning Province in July,1955,member of Communist Party of China.In 1983,he graduated from Department of Economy,Liaoning University with BA degree.In 1999,he received Doctoral degree of Management from Liaoning University.In 2000,he was honored Ph.D supervisor by Liaoning University and post-doctorial co-supervisor in 2002.In 2008,Prof.Liu went to Indiana State University in America as a visiting scholar.Since 1983 when he took a teaching post at Liaoning University,he has successively been Associate Dean of College of Business Administration,Secretary and Associate Dean of Law School,Dean of International Business College,and Dean of Sun Wah International Business School at the present.

Professor Zhou Jie, born in Shenyang, Liaoning, 1963, is a senior visiting scholar of Oxford University, who has attained the bachelor＇s degree in English Linguistics and Literature, the master＇s degree in Economics and the doctoral degree in Management. In 1993, she obtained the qualification as a lawyer by passing the national examination of lawyer＇s qualification. Now she is the dean of Asia-Australian Business College in Liaoning University, a member of Jiusan Society, and a part-time lawyer in Liaoning Zhongda Law Office （former Liaoning International-Related Law Office）.
